Best Activities for Teens in Las Vegas
Even if you are under 21, there are plenty of activities to enjoy in Las Vegas that do not include any kind of gambling. Some of these entertaining activities are free while others come with a price.
One of the top free activities is the Bellagio Conservatory with a large number of exotic flowers and plants. This botanical garden spreads on 90,000 square feet and it is open all day. It well worth visiting the Bellagio Hotel and admire this great variety of beauty and color. This is also the place where to find the famous Bellagio Fountains choreographed to classical music and Broadway tunes all day till 12 midnight. It is such a great spectacle that should not be missed.
For shopping fan there is the Forum Shops at Caesars with more than 160 shops and boutiques as well as numerous restaurants all placed in a replica of the Roman Forum streets. You might also enjoy a laser light show from 10 AM every hour till closing or try the Cinema Ride, which is basically a 3D motion simulator ride. You will find all these at Caesar’s Palace at absolutely no cost for you, except the money you spent on shopping.
The Mystic Falls Park is yet another great and free location. It is a huge indoor park with controlled temperature, so it is independent from the weather outside. You can enjoy laser and water shows from 2PM at every two hours. You will also find here various restaurants, shops as well as a bar for adults. Mystic Falls Park is located at Sam’s Town Hotel Atrium, at 5111 Boulder Highway.
Car fans will definitely like the Shelby American Incorporate Sports Car Museum, which is free of change and is open daily from 8AM to 4PM. Only Shelby models are presented but you will have the chance to admire the great classics and the hot models as well, plus several Cobras. Free tours are available starting from 10:30AM with a guide giving all the details of each car.

The Adventure Dome Circus is located at 2880 Las Vegas Boulevard South on five acres with virtually never-ending fun with 19 different rides and attractions, such as bumper cars, roller coaster, Arcade, boat ride, rock climbing, mini-gold and many others. The price for individual rides varies from $4 to $7, but the best deal is an all day pass at $14.95 for juniors and $24.95 for adults.
If you are looking for adventure and some adrenalin, check out the Big Shot ride at the Stratosphere located at 2000 Las Vegas Boulevard South, open daily from 10AM to 1AM, with an additional hour open Fridays and Saturdays. This adrenaline pumping ride sends you 160 feet into the air with a speed of 45 mph experiencing 4 G as you look over the Las Vegas Valley. In addition to the entrance to the tower, the ride will cost you $8.
The Venetian Gondola Rides – located at the Venetian Grand Canal, 3355 Las Vegas Boulevard South -- is another great activity. It is perfect to experience a true outstanding Gondola ride without having to go to Venice for it. Gondola rides are available from Sunday to Thursday, from 10AM to 11PM, while Fridays and Saturdays till midnight. You will enjoy a peaceful and serene ambiance, plus you will also find a charming Venice themed shopping place. Rides will cost you $16 per person or $64 for a private ride for just two passengers.
Coney Island Emporium is a great location with plenty of activities and entertainment for the whole family, such as bumper cars, laser tag games, virtual reality games and shooting gallery. Packed with fun, the site is open 24/7 and can be found at New York New York Hotel, at 3790 Las Vegas Boulevard South.
At the Pyramid styled Luxor hotel you’ll find a great arcade, Games of the Gods Arcade, a high tech entertainment center with numerous video and interactive games, such as Maxflight VR2002, Xtreme Powerboat or Indy 500. Have a virtual ride on your own created roller coaster and have fun in virtual reality gaming. The arcade is located within the Luxor hotel at 3900 Las Vegas Boulevard South.
