The restaurant is open daily from 5:30 PM to 11:30 PM. Reservations are highly recommended.
The Japanais at the Mirage Hotel is a bit pricey but the outstanding personnel offer flawless services. The guest are asked on what they like and what they dislike as well as an estimation of what they are willing to spend on their meal and the dishes are served according to the answers. Guests should expect to spend at least $60 exclusive of drinks. The restaurant is open Sunday to Wednesday, from 5Pm to 11PM, while Thursday to Saturday from 5 PM to 11:30 PM.

The Shibuya at the MGM Grand Hotel is another great choice for a Japanese restaurant with a wide selection of sake and meals such as scallop teppanyaki, braised short ribs with foie gras or sushi. The meals will cost you up to $74 per person and it is open Sunday to Thursday from 5PM to 10PM, while Friday to Sunday from 5PM to 10:30PM. Reservations in advance are also recommended.
The Mizuno’s is mostly frequented by Asian which is clear evidence that the served food is truly authentic and great in the same time. You can choose from a wide range of meals, for instance the Samurai dish will cost you about $17-$27 while the Shogun dish is about $29-$48. The Mizuno’s Restaurant is open daily from 5PM to 10:45PM and reservations are recommended.
