Marriage License in Las Vegas

Bristol Wedding PhotographyTo fulfill the dream of getting married in this entertainment hub of the world is not as easy as it sounds. The marriage license is the first and the foremost thing, which you would need from a marriage bureau before your ceremony commences. The marriage license would cost you around $60 and for that, you would need one of the many identification proofs, which include the driver’s license, SN, birth certificate or even passport. However, there are no waiting periods or even blood tests. I have listed below the marriage bureau located in Las Vegas.

Las Vegas Marriage Bureau

Requirements of a marriage license in Las Vegas Marriage Bureau:

For both the US and the non-US citizens, it is the same from criterion point of view. Non-US citizens are advised to check with the local officials for any special documents, which might be needed for ensuring the recognition of the marriage in the country.

Applicants have to be a male and a female with over 18 years of age and must not be a nearer of kin than cousins of half-blood or second cousins. Again, none of the two should have a living wife or husband.

They may be called for proving their age and those lacking sufficient documents supporting age proof might be denied of the same. (Damaged identification, Faxed copies, privately issued I.D and check-cashing cards are unacceptable.)

SSN is mandatory on the affidavit and failing to produce the same might end up not getting a marriage license. A non-US citizen will not be having any SSN. For more information on the same, you should contact the chapel, where you wish to get married.
