South Point Hotel and Spa Las Vegas
It is conveniently situated close to the Strip, South Point offers to its guest large modern rooms, a plethora of restaurants and more. It features Mediterranean and Pacific Coast-style architecture.
The resort accommodates its guests in 2,163 rooms, boasting numerous amenities such as air conditioning, alarm clock radio, 42-inch plasma screen cable TV, electronic door locks, desk, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, telephone, voice mail, coffee maker and pay-per view movies.
The resort features a large 80,000 square feet casino with over 2,400 slot and poker machines, a 600 seat bingo room and over 60 table games including carps, blackjack, baccarat, roulette, Pai Gow Poker or three card poker. The gaming area is completed by a 300-seat race and sports book.
South Point guests have access to the hotel’s pool and Jacuzzi, sand volleyball court, fitness center. They might also the Spa Costa Del Sur, a beauty shop, the 64-lane bowling center, a medium-sized arcade or the 12-screen movie theater.
The South Point hotel is also great for various conventions and meetings as there is 160,000 square feet of meeting space, including an 80,000 square feet exhibit hall.
The resort also boasts numerous restaurants that will surely satisfy any taste. These dining options include Silverado Steakhouse, Don Vito’s, Garden Buffet, Big Sur Oyster Bar, Baja Miguel’s, Coronado Cafe, Michael’s Gourmet Restaurant, Primarily Prime Rib, Seattle’s Best Coffee House and Del Mar Deli.
While you are at the South Point hotel make sure to visit the Del Mar Lounge for some great live music. The resort’s main attraction is its first-class Equestrian Complex, featuring a 4,400-seat arena, a 1,200 horse stalls with climate control and an additional 80,000 square feet exhibit hall.
