Louie Anderson Show Review
If you are tired and bored of your daily routine life and want to have a break and have some time then you should go to Louie Anderson show. The show of Anderson is very funny and interesting. In the present day it is very difficult to find a better and versatile actor than Louie Anderson. He is famous for his work in the hit series Family Feud. He has written several books and is very much respected by his readers.
Anderson grew up in the Twin cities. He was one of the eleven children growing up together in the family. Louie’s childhood and family life has a great influence on his work. Louie used to perform for the club audiences. He started his carrier as a troubled children’s counselor and made his way to win the trophy at the 1981 Midwest Comedy Competition.
Louie has been named “One of the 100 Greatest Stand-up Comedians of All Time” by the Comedy Central. He has regularly appeared as a guest in the late night talk show and has also starred in his own HBO and Showtime comedy specials.
Louie is a dry and straight forward comedian. His audience finds his perspective on family and life very familiar and unique. He is also very successful as an author. Some of his best selling books are, “Dear Dad- Letters from an Adult Child”, which is New York Times Best Seller. This book is a collection of letters of Louie to his late father. “Good-bye Jumbo Hello Cruel World”, this is a self-help book. Very recently, he has released a book on family named, “The F Word- How to Survive Your Family”. This book has comic and insightful tips to how to survive a family.
Louie is a philanthropist and works with a number of charity organizations. After the 9/11 attack he wanted to help the NYPD and NYFD so he came up with the idea of doing a special NYC vs. Firemen show. The prize money was to be contributed to the NYPD and NYFD widow’s fund. Louie invested his own hard earned $75,000 to start a pot at the beginning of the week.
Louie is the co-founder of the H.E.R.O organization. The organization works to help homeless people or people who are at the risk of getting homeless. The organization works to help them attain self-sufficiency. Different types of area agencies works with H.E.R.O to enroll clients in empowerment training. At the training, the clients are taught how to identify and set goals for themselves and also how to make action plans to achieve their goals.
Louie is a living legend in the world of comedy. He has been a stalwart in the industry working indefatigably and entertaining people for nearly two and a half decade.
