Las Vegas Weather in December
The Las Vegas weather in December is cold and windy with sporadic precipitation. You might get some nice and pleasant December days, sunny and warm with some wind. In December you can expect to an average high temperature of 58 F and an average low temperature of 34 F.
Walking is recommended only if you like walking in the chilly weather. It is better and more pleasant to walk after 9:00 AM or even later in the day.
Yes, you can even play golf if you are not bothered by the cold temperatures and you are an avid golfer. However, you might cancel your golfing if it is going to be windy.
In this month of the year and in such low temperatures the main attractions are definitely the bars, nightclubs and restaurants in Las Vegas.
Remember, if it is December, than we are talking about the best period for Las Vegas hotel bargains, so keep your eyes open. And, you might start training as soon as possible, as the Las Vegas Marathon is held in December.
