Las Vegas Weather in May
The Las Vegas weather in May is warm and very pleasant at the beginning of the month but by the end of it temperatures will reach 100 F. The average high temperature in May is 88 F, the average low temperature is 60 F while the usual humidity is very low.
In May the best period of time for walking is in the early afternoon, as it gets hotter mid afternoon. Just make sure to drink plenty of water during the day and you will be just fine. The weather is also great to hit the golf courses; it is warm but you will manage to deal with it with a cart and some drinks.
While in Vegas in May you should not miss the sunset late afternoon from the Eiffel Tower at Paris Las Vegas.
Keep in mind that in May the summer season is not far away, so the hotels and resorts begin offering very good rates to stay in Vegas. May is the month when to get some nice tan by the dime and dress up in the evening.
